  • Ripe avocado
  • Lime
  • Smoked salmon
  • EVO oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparazione

Step 1

Slice your salmon and marinate it in lime juice. Mash the avocado and season it with oil, salt, and lime.

Step 2

Cook your pasta in salted boiling water for 13 minutes, then drain carefully, removing the cooking water
from inside the shapes (place them upside down on a clean towel).

Step 3

Fill Wind with the avocado cream and a slice of marinated salmon.
