Slice your courgettes into thin rounds and fry them in plenty of oil. As soon as they are golden brown, drain them using a skimmer and place them on a sheet of paper
towel to absorb any excess oil. Season with salt. Fry some basil leaves and courgette
flower petals for decoration in the same oil. Grate your provolone cheese and parmigiano cheese.

Cook your pasta in boiling salted water for 7 minutes, then drain all cooking water from the shapes (you can place them on a clean tea towel).
Step 3
Stuff Spaghetto 3D, while hot, with your grated cheese. Add the courgette rounds
and decorate with your basil and courgette flowers as you wish.
