Ingredients

  • BluRhapsody® Spaghetto 3D
  • Fresh tomatoes
  • Almonds
  • Parmigiano Reggiano
  • Basil
  • EVO oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Add the fresh tomatoes, cheese, almonds, and a drizzle of oil to a mixer. Blend until you get a smooth cream.

Step 2

Cook your pasta in salted boiling water for 7 minutes, drain carefully, removing the cooking water from inside the shapes.

Step 3

Fill Spaghetto 3D with the pesto, add a fresh basil leaf and a few almond slivers.
