Chickpeas
Tahini sauce
Lemon
Colourful cherry tomatoes
Paprika
Thyme
EVO oil
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare your hummus by blending previously boiled chickpeas (tinned chickpeas are also fine) with a few tablespoons of tahini sauce, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and the juice of half a lemon. Once your cream is smooth, add salt to taste and a generous
sprinkling of paprika.
Step 2
Cook your pasta in boiling salted water for 13 minutes and drain to remove all cooking
water from your shapes (place them upside down on a clean tea towel).
Step 3
Stuff Sky with your chickpea hummus, place slices of colourful cherry tomatoes on each shape and decorate with a few thyme leaves and a sprinkling of paprika.
