Ingredienti

  • BluRhapsody® Cupid
  • Broad beans
  • Shrimps
  • Pistachio
    crumbs
  • Pink pepper
  • EVO oil
  • Salt

Preparazione

Step 1

Blanch fresh broad beans in boiling water for a couple of minutes, then place them into cold water and drain. Place them in a blender, add oil and salt to taste. Season your shrimps with oil, salt and pink pepper.

Step 2

Cook your pasta in boiling salted water for 13 minutes and drain to remove all cooking
water from your shapes (place them upside down on a clean tea towel).

Step 3

Stuff Cupid with your creamed broad beans, place a shrimp on each shape and add some pistachio crumbs and pink pepper to taste.
