BluRhapsody at Cinemagika dinner event - Buonissima Torino 2022

BluRhapsody alla cena evento Cinemagika, Buonissima Torino 2022
The second edition of Buonissima Torino, an event featuring gourmet dinners, tastings and cultural events, has just come to an end: a true celebration of food, art and beauty in the wonderful setting of Piedmont capital city.

Five days of events, from 26th to 30th October, in which the finest food and wine culture, music and entertainment mingled, all set in the city’s most emblematic historical locations: Reggia di Venaria, Mole Antonelliana and Rivoli Castle.

Food, art, and beauty is not only the claim of Buonissima, it also represents its deepest essence, as organisers stated: “Our aim is to create an event revolving around food, by enhancing the excellence and beauty of Turin’s places. Last year we celebrated cars and cinema, while this time the fil rouge of the event is music. Dinners are not simple dinners, they are immersive performance venues, where diners feel part of the contamination of food, music and art”.

And it was in this context that on Friday 28th October Cinemagika was held, a charity dinner-event organised to experience how extraordinary the combination of excellent cuisine and great entertainment can be. During the soirée, organised at the National Cinema Museum, inside Mole Antonelliana, Roy Paci led an original show consisting of music, images and colours, which encountered the starred cuisine of Chicco Cerea, Chiara Pavan and Matteo Baronetto.

And it was precisely Matteo Baronetto, one Michelin star at Turin historic Del Cambio restaurant, who honoured BluRhapsody by preparing a very special gourmet pasta and beans, where pasta was a 3D printed creation in the shape of a Gianduiotto, an original interpretation that the chef himself had custom-made for the event, to pay tribute to the iconic chocolate of Piedmontese tradition.

Vladimir Luxuria and Steve Della Casa, director of Turin Film Festival, were the special guests, with a selection of films dealing with awe, wonder, magic.
