FlyFood Concept Catering, a company born in the Langhe region, has created a journey that goes beyond simple catering, conveying emotions, taste, and cultural values through every dish. Their new concept, Substance, merges tradition and innovation, roots and progress, creating an unbreakable bond between raw ingredients and human craftsmanship.

 Substance: When Pasta Becomes a Story

Substance represents the beating heart of FlyFood's vision: a cuisine that celebrates the authenticity of ingredients, the human touch, and the use of innovative tools. This is where BluRhapsody comes into play. Thanks to 3D printing technology, we have made it possible to create pasta shapes that are not only aesthetically appealing but also carry meaning. Each shape is a message, a tribute to Italian cuisine, and to the journey FlyFood embarks on with each client.

The Shapes of SOSstanza

SOS: The first three letters of the word “SOStanza” (substance) but also a cry for help from those seeking authenticity in cuisine. SOS pasta tells the story of honest cooking, close to people. FlyFood offers it with a mousse of trout from Piedmont rivers and a touch of squid ink.

The Little Man: A tribute to the human element, without which there would be no cuisine. The Little Man celebrates the hands that prepare, the smiles that greet, and it is served with a bell pepper cream and anchovy sauce, making every bite rich in flavor and meaning.

The Gianduiotto: As a tribute to Piedmont’s roots, the Gianduiotto carries the full history of a region that has contributed so much to gastronomy. FlyFood presents it in an innovative version, with sweet Gorgonzola and bitter cocoa, an unexpected and provocative combination of flavors.
