An authentic debut in style for BluRhapsody pasta, introduced as a guest of honour and served during the exclusive limited-edition event “barolobrunello”, an annual rendezvous with the finest producers of Barolo and Brunello di Montalcino wines, two of the top representatives of Italian oenological excellence.
The happening was extremely successful, due to a spectacular location and impeccable organization, and the amazing 3D shapes of BluRhapsody pasta left everyone literally speechless when they came on the scene during the Gala dinner.
Since the welcome cocktail, including 3D pasta tastings served as finger food, guests were pleasantly surprised when seeing waiters offering on their trays the spectacular Salix pasta (stuffed with fresh vegetable pesto) and Sfere pasta (stuffed with carbonara cream), masterfully interpreted by Roberto Rossi, starred chef of Il Silene, a restaurant in Tuscany.
Once again came Salix pasta, served with mushroom ragout, absolute protagonists of the first course, another masterpiece by Chef Rossi. It was an extraordinary food and wine experience for those who attended the dinner.
