On Monday, 1st October, Teatro Vetra in Milan will be the stage of 2018 The Best Chef Awards, the second edition of the grand gala dedicated to international haute cuisine.
On this occasion, the best chefs from all over the world, including the United States, South Africa, South America, Japan and every corner of Europe, will gather in one location to participate in this event dedicated to the most famous interpreters of "Haute Cuisine", set in Milan delightful atmosphere, one of the most trendy and state-of-the-art cities in the culinary landscape.
The 300 finalists, including 47 Italian Top Chefs, were voted in the two months prior to the event by a jury composed of the very chefs competing, a team of professionals and several digital followers, supporters of chefs or cooking enthusiasts. During the soirée, the top 100 final ranking will be announced and the winners will be awarded, divided into the following categories: Food Art, Pastry, Lady, Rising Star, fol-Lovers and City Gourmet.
The audience will also have the opportunity to taste some exclusive dishes created by four selected Chefs and, moreover, a tasting will be offered of the most iconic products of Italian tradition, including pasta and pizza, in their finest version. BluRhapsody will be elevating pasta, as always enchanting guests with its beautiful and delicious 3D fresh pasta shapes, an authentic sensory experience. As usual, starred Chef Roberto Rossi, who has now come to master the interpretation of BluRhapsody products, will prepare the dishes. We can anticipate that he will present two of the most spectacular pasta shapes: Hydria and Sea Urchin, respectively shaped as an amphora and a sea urchin, but his recipe will remain until then a secret, to surprise and amaze guests on that occasion.
