BluRhapsody sponsors Harden’s London Restaurant Awards 2021

BluRhapsody sponsor degli Harden’s London Restaurant Award 2021
6th September 2021 - The awards ceremony for London’s best restaurants according to Harden’s guide was held at Langham Hotel, in the West End of London. The event was presented by BBC.

Harden’s, the guide reviewing UK’s most famous restaurants, has celebrated today London’s dining scene by announcing the winners of Harden’s London Restaurant Awards 2021. The ceremony was held in the grand ballroom of Langham Hotel and was hosted by Nigel Barden of BBC.

The list of nominees was compiled based on the input given by over 3,000 restaurant-goers who determined the top four through some 30,000 reviews: the top four restaurants in each award category (out of a total of 15 categories).

As usual, the editors of Harden’s then chose the final winner by proclaiming London’s best up-and-coming talent in each category.

When presenting the awards, Peter Harden, co-founder of Harden’s, said: “After the extreme challenges of the pandemic, it is such a joy to gather London’s best chefs and restaurateurs again and celebrate their achievements. The last year has been tougher than any other year in history for London’s restaurant industry. It has however been inspiring to see the resilience and creativity of the industry in the face of such a challenge”. He also congratulated the winners and all the other restaurants selected for proving that, while far from being completely out of the crisis, London is still at the forefront of the global restaurant scene’s buzz and innovation.

BluRhapsody, a brand that has made gastronomic excellence through innovation its emblem with its 3D printed pasta, was proud to sponsor the most coveted award: the Top Gastronomic Experience, awarded to Muse by Tom Aikens, nominated along with Core by Clare Smith, Pied a Terre by David Moore and Così|La by Victor Garvey.
