On pumpkin cream and pistachios

Brown an onion, add diced pumpkin and season for a few minutes. Add a little stock and cook over a low heat for about 10 minutes. When cooked, blend everything and do not add too much water. The cream should be quite thick. Sprinkle pistachios on top.

With cheese mousse and beet tops

Press fresh cheese (ricotta cheese can also be used) using a fork, add a drizzle of oil and salt. Whip the cream and add it to the cheese. Add boiled fresh beet tops. Assemble as you do with small lasagna.

Pasta caramellata, con gorgonzola e marmellata di ciliegie

Prova Snowflake anche in versione dessert, ti conquisterà! Prepara una mousse con 100 gr di gorgonzola dolce, 100 gr di mascarpone, 200 ml di panna montata, 50 gr di zucchero e tre fogli di gelatina sciolta nel latte caldo. Adagia la crema su un disco di pan di spagna speziato precedentemente preparato. Fai bollire Snowflake in 50% di acqua e 50% di zucchero e passala 10 minuti nel forno. Componi e decora con una marmellata di ciliegie.
