Ingredients
BluRhapsody® Spaghetto 3D
Tomato puree
Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
Garlic
Basil
EVO oil
Salt and pepper

Brown a clove of garlic in a saucepan with some EVO oil. Add the tomato puree and cook over a low flame until the sauce has thickened. Season with salt and finish with a splash of oil.

Cook your pasta in boiling salted water for 7 minutes, then drain all cooking water from the shapes.

Stuff Spaghetto 3D with your tomato sauce using a teaspoon, add your Parmigiano cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for a few minutes until the cheese has melted. Take it out of the oven and decorate with a few leaves of fresh basil before serving.
