Clams
White wine
Carrots
Potatoes

Brown a clove of Garlic in a pan with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, add the clams that you have previously cleaned, let them simmer with white wine and open on a high flame with the lid on. Separately, chop your onion and brown it in a little oil. Add your diced carrots and potatoes and a little water or stock.

When vegetables are cooked, blend until creamy. Season with salt and pepper. Cook your pasta in boiling salted water for 13 minutes and then drain all cooking water from the shapes (place them upside down on a clean cloth).

Stuff your pasta stars with the creamed carrots and add a shelled clam.
For an even tastier appetizer, you can replace your creamed carrots with thick tomato sauce.
