Ingredients

Savoy cabbage
Casera cheese
Potatoes
Butter
Sage

Boil your potatoes in salted water, dice and fry in a pan with a clove of garlic and a little oil. Cook your Savoy cabbage in boiling salted water and toss in the pan with your potatoes, setting a few leaves aside. For your cream, blend a few leaves of Savoy cabbage and add to a Casera cheese fondue melted in a bain-marie.

Cook your pasta in boiling salted water for 2 minutes and drain cooking water from the shapes (place them upside down on a clean tea towel).

Prepare your appetizer by laying a bed of Savoy cabbage and potatoes topped with generous drops of melted cheese, place Sfera at the centre, then stuff with your cream of cheese and Savoy cabbage using a pastry bag. Decorate as desired and finish with a sage leaf fried in butter.
