Rapini appetizer with Petalum

When extraordinary recipes of Italian tradition encounter BluRhapsody 3D pasta, the outcome is amazing, to say the least.

Petalum BluRhapsody
Anchovy fillets in oil
Extra virgin olive oil
Chilli pepper
Fine salt



Boil rapini in salted water. Brown a clove of garlic in a nonstick pan with some extra virgin olive oil, add anchovy fillets, let them melt and then put rapini back in the pan.


Cook Petalum in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, stirring gently. Drain all cooking water from the shape using a skimmer.

Stuff Petalum with rapini, decorate with sliced fresh chilli pepper... and enjoy this extraordinary appetizer inspired by the tradition of Apulia!
