Creamy cheese

Finely chop the rocket and cook it for a few minutes in a pan with Evo oil, salt and a touch of garlic. Turn off the flame and add some creamy cheese, stirring until it is completely melted.

Fry the lightly-floured red mullet fillets in plenty of oil.

Cook your pasta in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, drain all cooking water from the shape and stuff with the rocket cream and red mullet fillets.
