Burrata cheese
Prawns
Pistachios

Blend your burrata cheese until creamy. Blanch the prawns in a pan with a little oil for a few seconds per side and then cut them into pieces.

Cook your pasta in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, then drain all cooking water from the shapes (place them upside down on a clean tea towel).

Stuff Petalum with your burrata cream, your chopped prawn and pistachios grains.
