Mascarpone cheese
Grand Marnier
Orange zest

Put your mascarpone cheese in a bowl, add a few tablespoons of Grand Marnier and some grated orange zest, then mix using a whisk to soften your cream. Separately, whip your liquid cream adding your icing sugar a little at a time. Add the cream to your mascarpone cheese and mix gently.

Cook your pasta in boiling sweetened water for 12 minutes, then drain all cooking water from the shapes (place them with the hole facing downwards on a clean tea towel).

Fill Pandorino with your mascarpone cheese cream using a pastry bag, decorate with some small meringues... and don’t forget to sprinkle icing sugar as a finishing touch.
You can flavour your cream with vanilla: just cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and add the seeds instead of orange zest.
