Scoop out the flesh of an avocado and mash it using a fork, with salt, oil and lemon juice. Open your oysters using the tip of a knife and extract the shellfish.

Cook your pasta in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, then drain all cooking water from the shapes (place them upside down on a clean tea towel).
3.
Stuff your pasta hearts with the avocado cream, add an oyster and finish with a pinch of chilli. Use the word love to decorate your dish.
You can use whole red prawns instead of oysters.
