2 Kalpis units per person as an appetizer

  • Beetroot
  • Peas
  • Tuna fish
  • EVO oil
  • Salt and pepper


Cook a beetroot in boiling salted water and keep the cooking water aside. For your creamed peas, blanch and then blend the peas, adding a little oil and seasoning with salt. Marinate your diced fresh tuna fish in oil, salt and pepper. Cook your pasta in boiling salted water for 2 minutes and then drain all cooking water from the shapes (place them upside down on a clean cloth). Stuff Kalpis love edition with your creamed peas, add the tuna fish and serve on the beetroot water.


This is a very delicate though spectacular appetizer, perfect for a romantic fish dinner.
