Happy birthday with coloured creams

Black cabbage
Curcuma, curry and paprika
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper


Prepare lots of coloured vegetable creams to stuff each letter with a different colour and flavour… each mouthful will be a pleasant discovery! You can use your favourite seasonal vegetables to make this dish. We have prepared a base of potato cream, flavoured and coloured with turmeric and curry for yellow, paprika for red and kale for purple. We have then prepared black cabbage pesto for dark green and cherry tomato purée for bright red. However, this dish is so versatile that it tastes great regardless of the ingredient you choose. Cook your pasta in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, drain cooking water from the shapes (place them upside down on a clean dishcloth) and stuff with your vegetable creams.
Decorate with edible flowers and… happy birthday!


There are no limits to imagination in the ingredients for this dish, there is only one imperative: the more colourful, the more beautiful!
