Tuna fish
Celery
Lemon
Mustard

Salt and pepper

Cut a blast-frozen tuna fillet into tartare and thinly slice a celery heart. Season with salt, pepper, oil, lemon and half a teaspoon of mustard.

Cook your pasta in boiling salted water for 13 minutes, then drain all cooking water from the shapes (place them upside down on a clean tea towel).
3.
Stuff Cupid with your tuna and celery tartare.
