Ricotta cheese
Paprika
Walnuts

Place your ricotta cheese in a bowl and prepare a mousse by whipping using a whisk and adding extra virgin olive oil little by little, at a slow trickle. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cook your pasta in boiling salted water for 13 minutes, drain all cooking water from the shapes (place them upside down on a clean tea towel).

Stuff Cupid with a teaspoon of mousse, add a walnut kernel and sprinkle with sweet paprika... very simple though delicious finger food!
For an even richer taste you can add a few tablespoons of grated Parmigiano cheese to your ricotta cheese mousse.
