Preparation

1.

Cook your pasta in boiling water with sugar for 13 minutes. In the meantime, prepare your filling: mash your ricotta cheese with sugar and cocoa using a fork until creamy.

2.

When your pasta is ready, drain all cooking water from the shapes (place them upside down on a clean tea towel).

3.

Stuff Cupid with your ricotta cream, decorate with alkekengi berries, sprinkles and a dusting of cocoa. Your dessert is ready to be served.

If you cannot find alkekengi berries, you can use currants or wild strawberries.
