Ingredients

Asparagus
Onion
Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
Salamella sausage
EVO Oil
Salt and pepper

Slice and sauté your onion in a pan with a little oil, then add the asparagus cut into rounds and leave it to flavour until soft, adding a little water if needed. Once cooked, blend in a blender with a handful of grated Parmigiano cheese and a few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook your pasta in salted boiling water for 13 minutes, then drain all cooking water from the shapes (place them upside down on a clean tea towel).

Stuff Cupid with your creamed asparagus and add a few pieces of very soft sausage... simple and delicious!
For a vegetarian alternative, you can use Parmigiano or Pecorino cheese flakes instead of sausage.
