A simple though spectacular recipe, which has been exclusively designed by Arianna Consiglio, Chef of Exit Pastificio Urbano, for BluRhapsody. Blend your roasted almonds with extra virgin olive oil, cherry tomatoes and a few basil leaves. After cleaning your prawns, flame them on one side only.

Cook your pasta in boiling salted water for 13 minutes, then drain all cooking water from the shapes (place them upside down on a clean tea towel).

Leave the pasta to cool and compose your dish using the almond cream as the filling, add a prawn and a few slivers of crunchy almonds.
If you do not have a kitchen flamer, you can grill the prawn on one side.
