Ingredients

Cod
Various herbs: sage, parsley, thyme, rosemary
Garlic
Turmeric
Dry white wine
EVO oil
Salt and pepper

Finely chop the onion and brown it in a pan with extra virgin olive oil. Add your cod fillets, herbs and simmer with dry white wine until reduced. When your onion is soft, add chopped potatoes and herbs. Add a glass of water and white wine. Add half a teaspoon of turmeric and cook for about ten minutes.

Toast some breadcrumbs in a pan with a little oil. Cook your pasta in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, then drain all cooking water from the shapes (we recommend placing them upside down on a clean tea towel).

Stuff Cometa with the cod and garnish with your toasted breadcrumbs.
Instead of bread, you can crumble a tarallo.
