Ingredients
BluRhapsody® Colorful Wind
Peppers
Tuna fish
Balsamic vinegar
Olio EVO
Salt and pepper

Clean and dice your peppers, then place them in a bowl and season with oil, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar. Cut the tuna fish and sprinkle with your diced peppers and seasoning. Cover with cling film and let it marinate in the fridge for at least three hours.

Cook your pasta in boiling salted water for 13 minutes, then drain all cooking water from the shapes (place them upside down on a clean tea towel).

Stuff Colorful Wind with your tuna fish and pepper marinade, decorate to your liking and serve.
