Ingredients

Melon
Dry-cured ham

Clean and dice your melon, then puree it by mashing it using a fork. Strain it through a strainer to dry out any excess water. Cut your prosciutto slices into thin strips and roll them up into a bud shape, if you can.

Cook your pasta in boiling salted water for 13 minutes, then drain all cooking water from the shapes (place them upside down on a clean tea towel).
3.
Stuff Colorful Wind with your melon puree and add a slice of rolled-up prosciutto.
