Perfect for a special occasion, this finger food appetiser will win everyone over at the first bite.

In a bowl, mix your mascarpone cheese with a little oil, salt and chives. Clean your tiger prawns and blanch them lightly in boiling water. Cook your pasta in salted boiling water for 13 minutes, then drain all cooking water from the shapes (place them upside down on a clean tea towel).

Stuff Circle with your mascarpone cheese cream, add one tiger prawn to each pasta shape and garnish with chives and a light sprinkling of curry powder (you can use a strainer to adjust the amount).
For a more exotic flavour you can incorporate a teaspoon of curry melted in very little water directly into your mascarpone cheese cream.
