Ingredients
BluRhapsody® Christmas Tree
Swordfish
Cherry tomatoes
Taggiasca (Cailletier) olives
Garlic
Basil
EVO oil
Salt and pepper

Dice the swordfish and brown it in a saucepan with a few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and a clove of garlic.

Add your cherry tomatoes and Taggiasca olives and cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook your pasta in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, then drain all cooking water from the shapes (we recommend placing them upside down on a clean tea towel).
3.
Stuff Christmas Tree with the swordfish sauce and garnish with a few basil leaves.
You can also try this recipe with cod or dried and salted cod.
