Prepare custard following your favourite recipe. Let your custard cool and flavour with lime juice. Cook Choco Bunny in sugar water for two minutes (use 25g of sugar per litre of water) and make sure you remove all cooking water from your shapes by placing them upside down on a clean tea towel. Stuff with your lime-flavoured custard and decorate with a mint leaf and a few dark chocolate sprinkles.


Instead of lime juice, you can flavour your custard with some orange zest, which will go perfectly with chocolate chips.
