It is Chef Francesca Gambacorta, known as @frafoodlove, who created this delicious recipe. Let’s take a look at the process. Prepare your meatball mixture with minced beef, bread soaked in milk, egg, grated cheese, salt and pepper.

Shape into small balls and toss them in a pan with olive oil. Brown your chopped celery, carrot and shallot, add the tomato puree and cook over a low flame until the sauce thickens.

Put your tomato sauce in an oven dish, place your frozen bunnies in it and stuff them with your tomato sauce, a meatball, béchamel sauce and parmigiano cheese. Bake for 7 minutes at 180°.
