With purple potato cream and onion petals

Brown a small leek, add diced purple potatoes and leave to flavour for a few minutes. Add a glass of stock, cover with a lid and cook over a low heat until potatoes are soft. When cooked, blend, salt and decorate with onion petals.

In miso broth with vegetable mix

Prepare a light onion fry in a saucepan, add a litre of water, a carrot, a leek and, after about ten minutes, add the miso you have melted in a little broth. Cook for a few more minutes and decorate your soup with your favourite vegetables.

Useful tips

Consume after cooking.
Cook the product in boiling salted water for about 2 minutes, preferably a few units at a time. Drain very carefully, preferably using a skimmer, and make sure that no water remains trapped in pasta.

If the product is fresh, store in a refrigerator at 4°C and consume by the date indicated on the package.
If it is frozen, store at -20°C until use.
