Venus and scallops with white wine, lemon peel and aromatic herbs

Melt some butter in a pan and heat scallops quickly. Simmer with white wine until reduced, add salt, pepper and aromatic herbs. Cook pasta in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, drain water from the shape and serve with scallops cooking liquid and some lemon peel.

Venus with artichoke cream and walnuts

Sear artichokes in a pan with a clove of garlic and a drizzle of oil and butter, then blend adding enough milk until creamy. Cook pasta in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, drain cooking water from the shape and stuff with artichoke cream. Toast walnuts and serve them whole or ground.

Useful tips

Consume after cooking.
Cook the product in boiling salted water for about 2 minutes, preferably a few units at a time. Drain very carefully, preferably using a skimmer, and make sure that no water remains trapped in pasta.

If the product is fresh, store in a refrigerator at 4°C and consume by the date indicated on the package.
If it is frozen, store at -20°C until use.
