With cauliflower cream, bacon and pecorino cheese wafers

Brown a clove of garlic in extra virgin olive oil. Add cauliflower and marjoram. Add a glass of water or stock, lower the heat and cook until the cauliflower is soft. Add salt and blend using a stick blender. Decorate with pecorino cheese wafers and crispy bacon strips. Cook pasta in salted boiling water for two minutes and fill it.

With navy beans cream, mussels and cherry tomatoes

After cooking and draining navy beans, blend with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt and a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice until the cream is smooth. Add the mussels you have sautéed and simmered with white wine in a saucepan. Cook pasta in salted boiling water for two minutes and fill it.

Useful tips

Consume after cooking.
Cook the product in boiling salted water for about 2 minutes, preferably a few units at a time. Drain very carefully, preferably using a skimmer, and make sure that no water remains trapped in pasta.

If the product is fresh, store in a refrigerator at 4°C and consume by the date indicated on the package.
If it is frozen, store at -20°C until use.
