With cauliflower cream, bacon and pecorino cheese wafers

Brown a clove of garlic in extra virgin olive oil. Add cauliflower and marjoram. Add a glass of water or stock, lower the heat and cook until the cauliflower is soft. Add salt and blend using a stick blender. Decorate with pecorino cheese wafers and crispy bacon strips.

With navy beans cream, mussels and cherry tomatoes

After cooking and draining navy beans, blend with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt and a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice until the cream is smooth. Add the mussels you have sautéed and simmered with white wine in a saucepan.

Useful tips

Consume after cooking.
Cook the product in boiling salted water for about 2 minutes, preferably a few units at a time. Drain very carefully, preferably using a skimmer, and make sure that no water remains trapped in pasta.

If the product is fresh, store in a refrigerator at 4°C and consume by the date indicated on the package.
If it is frozen, store at -20°C until use.
