Petalum with rocket cream and fried mullets

Finely chop the rocket and sear in a pan with EVO oil, salt and a pinch of garlic for some minutes. Turn off the heat, add creamy cheese and stir until it is completely melted. Cook pasta in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, drain by removing cooking water from the inside of the shape and stuff with rocket cream. Decorate with fried mullets and serve.

Petalum with coloured vegetables

Cook pasta in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, drain by removing cooking water from the inside of the shape and stuff with cream, puree and diced seasonal vegetables after searing them in a pan with oil and salt. Choose different colours and textures, the result will be amazing. We have used pumpkin cream, zucchini mirepoix, saffron potatoes, purple carrot cream… and you?

Useful tips

Consume after cooking.
Cook the product in boiling salted water for about 2 minutes, preferably a few units at a time. Drain very carefully, preferably using a skimmer, and make sure that no water remains trapped in pasta.

If the product is fresh, store in a refrigerator at 4°C and consume by the date indicated on the package.
If it is frozen, store at -20°C until use.
