With prawn on pea cream
Place in each pasta unit a very fresh prawn that you have previously seared and deprived of the carapace. Pour pea cream in the dish (prepare it by blending fresh peas with a dash of cream and adding salt) and decorate with lumpfish eggs and crispy leek strips. Cook pasta in salted boiling water for two minutes and fill it.

Consume after cooking.
Cook the product in boiling salted water for about 2 minutes, preferably a few units at a time. Drain very carefully, preferably using a skimmer, and make sure that no water remains trapped in pasta.
Frozen product. Store at -20°C until use.
