Choco Bunny with lime custard and mint
Prepare custard and flavour it by adding lime juice to the other ingredients. Cook Choco Bunny in sugar water for two minutes (use 25 g of sugar per litre of water). Fill with lime custard and decorate with a few mint leaves and dark chocolate sprinkles.
Choco Bunny con tiramisù
You can also try using Choco Bunny as an original decoration on a classic dessert like tiramisu, or with fruits (try it with apples!). In these cases we suggest baking them: cook them 1 minute in sweetened water (25 g of sugar per litre of water) and then bake them in the oven for 3 or 4 minutes at 180°. They will not disappoint you!
Useful tips
Consume after cooking.
Cook the product in boiling salted water for about 2 minutes, preferably a few units at a time. Drain very carefully, preferably using a skimmer, and make sure that no water remains trapped in pasta.
Frozen product. Store at -20°C until use.
